Organizational Management

The Certificate in Organizational Management is designed to prepare individuals to manage organizations in modern society by providing them with the knowledge, skills and competencies required to assume leadership positions. The program covers topics such as leadership, communication, change management, negotiation, corporate social responsibility, and human resource management. Students complete five three-credit courses for a total of fifteen credits.
