Leadership and Ministry

The Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and Ministry (BALM) degree equips ministry professionals and leaders in the church and secular marketplace to effectively integrate biblical truths with contemporary life and thought, as well as practical ministry skills. Graduates may go on to serve in churches and other non-profits in the areas of preaching, youth, children's and worship ministries, and leadership, or may take their learning to the secular marketplace.
