Kinesiology (AA-T)

The kinesiology, health and athletics program at Irvine Valley College is designed to acquaint students with the concepts of the science of Kinesiology, health education, and lifelong fitness and health. Students may choose to study in both a lecture and activities-based environment and will be introduced to topics related to such as the physiology and anatomy of the body, exercise and fitness, nutrition, injury prevention, and health enhancement.
