Real estate salespersons help clients buy, sell, and rent properties. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Outlook Handbook, (www.bls.gov (https://www.bls.gov/)), employment of real estate sales agents is expected to grow by 11% from 2012 to 2022. Courses within the certificate are required by the Ohio Department of Commerce - Division of Real Estate and Professional Licensing to be taken before sitting for the real estate salespersons examination.
