ESOL/Culinary Arts Pathway

The ESOL/Culinary Arts Pathway Certificate of Achievement was created to satisfy the Culinary Department's desire for ESOL students to have fundamental English skills before trying to complete the culinary program. Students will complete intermediate or advanced ESOL listening and speaking; reading and writing; and grammar classes, in addition to one introductory culinary course.
