Accounting Technology

The Accounting Technology Program trains students with skills in preparing, analyzing, and verifying financial documents. The program emphasizes mathematical, computer, analytic and problem-solving skills, oral and written communication, and strong interpersonal skills. Computer applications, database and spreadsheet classes complement the core curriculum with an emphasis on computerized accounting applications. An internship is required of each student in the AAS degree program.
