Hospitality Services Management

The Hospitality Services Management AAS (72 credit hours) prepares students for employment as Food Service, Lodging, Entertainment and Recreation Managers. Graduates pursue careers in restaurants, hotels, entertainment venues, bakeries, cafes, catering, and foodservice management. Coursework includes hospitality industry orientation, hospitality law, special topics, event logistics, sanitation and safety, food purchasing and cost control, leisure programs, sports tourism, and culinary.
