Social Work Technician

The Social Work Technician AAS is a 68-credit-hour program preparing students for entry-level positions in human services, social services, and community-based agencies. Coursework includes Introduction to Human Services, Techniques of Behavior Modification, Geriatrics, Group Counseling Techniques, Introduction to Case Work, Juvenile Delinquency, Correctional Rehabilitation, Community and the Social Worker, Alcohol & Drug Prevention and Abuse, Problems of Children & Youth, Marriage and Family.
