Exercise Science Major

The Exercise Science major requires 48 credits from within the department plus an additional 19-20 credits from outside the department. Students demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the human body and its response to nutritional needs, physical activity and exercise, and utilize evidence-based assessment procedures in health and fitness settings.
