Journalism and Media Studies Major

The Journalism and Media Studies major prepares students to create media content that is informative, entertaining, and/or persuasive, and to analyze and evaluate the legal, ethical, organizational, and cultural contexts in which media content is produced and circulated. The major is offered in a traditional program plus Digital Storytelling & Content Creation and Public Relations & Advertising focuses.
