Culinary Arts

Students enrolled in the Culinary Arts program will gain a thorough understanding of organizational management principles, develop leadership and management skills, and be able to understand and interpret the business setting while gaining practical experience in their field of study. The curriculum combines general education with professional technical culinary coursework and a required Culinary Arts work experience internship.
