Barbering

The primary purpose of this program is to train the student in the basic manipulative skills, safety judgements, proper work habits, and desirable attitudes necessary to obtain licensure and for competency in entry-level positions in barbering or a related career field. The institutional proficiency requirements for communication and mathematics are integrated into the required courses.
