The Master of Arts in Leadership equips students with the knowledge and skills to address the relational challenges of working with others within organizational contexts, combining current theoretical thinking with biblically-grounded teaching and practical application. Students learn concepts such as team development, coaching and mentoring, assessing organizations, and conflict resolution.
