Emergency Management Leadership

The program prepares the Emergency Manager, or the individual who has the roles and responsibilities for the organization's Business Continuity Recovery Plan, to provide a safe and effective work environment before, during, and after a disaster event. The curriculum addresses emergency management processes based on NIMS, Incident Command (ICS), and FEMA protocols.
