School Social Work

This certificate will cover all the knowledge areas that the National Association for Social Work requires for the Certified School Social Work Specialist (C-SSWS), the national certificate for school social workers. M.S.W. students who opt into the SSWPS certificate will be prepared to receive the national certification. Marshall University M.S.W. students will conduct their field internships within a school setting with school social workers.
