Teaching English as a Foreign Language

The program objective for the TEFL Certificate is for students to learn to effectively teach English as a second language in culturally diverse settings. The Teaching English as a Foreign Language Certificate requires the successful completion of two courses. Successful completion of college-level English 1 and 2 (with a grade of C or higher) is preferred for applicants to participate in the program.
