Exercise and Sport Science

The Exercise and Sport Science program provides students with the necessary skills to evaluate, recognize, and implement individual approaches to health and exercise performance. Graduates will be able to conduct fitness assessments, provide appropriate exercise prescriptions, and provide effective methods of motivation and health promotion. Completion of this degree helps prepare students to sit for certification exams offered by the NSCA and ACSM.
