The Nursing Education Certificate will allow nurses with advanced degrees to teach in a variety of academic settings as clinical and/or classroom instructors. Students completing the Nursing Education Certificate Program will be equipped to step into the role of staff development coordinator, nurse educator in acute and outpatient settings, and instructor of nursing in Associate Degree in Nursing, Diploma Nursing, Licensed Practical Nursing, and Nursing Assistant Programs.
