Manufacturing Foundations

The Miami University Manufacturing Foundations Certificate is a state-wide program that prepares students for entry-level positions in the high demand field of manufacturing. Upon completion, students will be able to use a commercially available CAD system to create meaningful engineering drawings and 3D models, and will learn methods to apply fundamental knowledge of engineering materials and why they are utilized in an industrial application.
