Manufacturing Foundations

The Miami University Manufacturing Foundations Certificate is a state-wide program that prepares students for entry-level positions in the high demand field of Manufacturing. Upon completion of the program, students will be able to use a commercially available CAD system to create meaningful engineering drawings and will learn methods to apply fundamental knowledge of engineering materials and why they are utilized in an industrial application.
