Learning and Talent Development

The Master of Science in Learning and Talent Development offers those who teach, train, coach, and mentor adults in community, corporate, and educational settings the opportunity to advance their professional practice. Students learn to identify training needs, design effective trainings for adult learners, use current technologies, and evaluate the impact of instruction, culminating in a capstone project.
