Food Science

Food Science degrees are limited almost exclusively to land grant universities, although some state universities do have Food Science Technology majors. The Associate of Science degree listed below would prepare students to complete the first two years of a bachelor's degree in a science option of a Food Science Degree program. The degree requirements listed below are based primarily on the requirements of the University of Minnesota and Minnesota State University, Mankato.
