Deaf/Hard of Hearing Education

This certificate program has been developed to assist ND teachers to become qualified to work with children and students with disabilities from birth through age 21 by offering a set of coursework at the graduate level that meets the National Council for Exceptional Children's certification standards for each individual special education discipline. This certificate program will be identified on the university transcript thus demonstrating completion of the approved certificate program.
