Chemistry

The Master of Science in Chemistry is offered in thesis and non-thesis options, each requiring 30 hours of graduate credit. The non-thesis option is a course-based degree; the thesis option requires research, thesis preparation and defense, and passing four qualifying examinations in areas of chemical specialization.
