Phlebotomy

The Phlebotomy Program is a 15-hour, one-semester certificate program of study consisting of two Phlebotomy courses along with a minimum of 9 additional academic credit hours. Through classroom, laboratory, and clinical experiences students are trained to perform a variety of blood collection methods and techniques and are eligible to take a national examination to become a Certified Phlebotomy Technician.
