Biology

The Biology program of study prepares students to understand the fundamental concepts and methodologies of the biological sciences, to engage in scientific research, and to investigate the relationships between biology and other fields of study, including social and environmental sciences. The biology program prepares students for numerous careers in specific areas of applied biology such as medical (including pre-medicine and pre-veterinary), agricultural, and environmental fields.
