English and Language Arts Education

Middle/High School (grades 4-12) teaching certificates are offered at the post-baccalaureate level in English and Language Arts for students who already hold a bachelor's degree; a completed master's degree is not required. Requirements include a general education program as part of the bachelor's degree, a 2.75 or better overall GPA, a passing Praxis II exam score or 3.0 or better GPA in required coursework, student teaching, and a student teaching portfolio.
