Food Science

The Master of Science in Food Science is designed for the working professional who is balancing a career with a busy schedule. Students may choose one of two degree tracks, thesis or non-thesis, and the degree is built by completing three stackable Professional Development Certificates. Graduates may find employment as a senior food scientist, food safety specialist, product development manager, quality control specialist, or director of sensory evaluation divisions.
