Religious Studies Education

This non-licensure post-baccalaureate teacher education certificate prepares students to teach religious studies and is open to students who already hold a bachelor's degree; a completed master's degree is not required. The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction no longer certifies teachers in Religious Studies, and the Milwaukee Archdiocese has set up its own guidelines for teachers. Interested students should contact the Chair of the Education Department.
