Elementary Education

The Elementary Education Alternative Licensure Program is a 12-credit program with a supervised field experience component for participants who have completed a Bachelor’s degree (or higher-level degree) and want to become a teacher at the elementary level (K-8th grade). The program helps provide students the opportunity to prepare for certification (teacher licensure) to teach K-8th grade in the state of New Mexico.
