Phlebotomy Technician

The Certificate in Phlebotomy prepares students for employment as a Phlebotomist Technician and includes skills with a bio-psychosocial- cultural approach to client care. The coursework includes class and lab practice prior to practice in the clinical setting consisting of phlebotomy, pre and post analytical considerations, safety and lab maintenance, basic point of care testing and the associated specimen testing.
