Baking and Pastry Arts

This program teaches students the techniques of producing artisan breads, pastries, cakes, confections, international desserts, and many other bakeshop items. Not only do students learn the essential bake shop skills, but they will also study the business and marketing skills to succeed in various occupations in the baking industry.
