Medical Information Coder/Biller

Prepares students to assign appropriate ICD-10 and Procedural (CPT) codes by analyzing medical record documentation and to transition diagnoses and procedural codes into a billing claim. Graduates are eligible to take the Certified Coding Associate Certification Exam. Part of the Health Information Technology A.S. degree. Listed as INACTIVE in the catalog.
