Social Science

Today’s workplace requires skills in decision-making, problem-solving, and flexibility. Participation in classes in the social sciences promotes development of these skills through encouragement of intellectual curiosity and appreciation of human diversity. Most careers in the social sciences require a bachelor’s degree. Students may complete the first two years of their education at Northeast and then transfer to a four-year college to complete their bachelor’s.
