Counseling Psychology

The Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology (MACP) may be awarded en route to the PsyD program, after three years of fulltime study in the PsyD program and passage of written and clinical comprehensive exams. As such, it is not an independent program and instead is embedded into the PsyD program. As an embedded degree, students who receive the MACP are not eligible to participate in commencement ceremony.
