The finance major is designed to prepare students with a solid academic foundation along with internship opportunities appropriate for a career in financial management, investments, banking/financial institutions, risk/insurance and related areas. The courses are designed to provide students with a thorough understanding of corporate financial performance analysis, corporate valuation technique, investment analysis, and the relationship between business finance and the economic system.
