Law

The basic program of study in the Claude W. Pettit College of Law leads to the awarding of the Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, offered as a full-time program requiring three years of study and a part-time online program requiring four years. The core curriculum provides a foundation in all traditional legal subjects from a national perspective, complemented by a wide range of electives, clinical and externship programs, and moot court and trial team competition.
