Fundamental Foodservice Skills

Prepares students for positions in the Culinary Arts fields. Provides commercial foodservice knowledge and hands-on technical training for entry-level positions such as steward, prep cook, pantry cook, fry cook, banquet cook, and cafeteria line cook.
