Building Maintenance

This course of study has a multi-craft approach with training in the basic principles and hands-on skills related to HVAC, electricity, plumbing, carpentry, safety, blueprint reading and welding. The curriculum is designed to prepare students to maintain and repair physical structures and systems of commercial and industrial establishments, such as apartment communities, hotels/motels, schools and office buildings.
