Biological Sciences / Secondary Education

This program integrates the academic discipline of biology with a comprehensive knowledge of appropriate teaching and learning strategies for secondary school teaching. Students work with two advisors, one from the School of Education and one from the academic content department, and are eligible to apply for the Pennsylvania Instructional I certificate upon meeting all requirements.
