Leadership and Administration

The Doctorate of Education in Leadership and Administration is an effort to ensure a foundation of philosophy and independent thought that can guide an ethos of learning in schools, universities, and business into the mid-21st century. The program is based on an epistemology of six performance domains - authenticity, vision, cultural/relational, quality/capacity, service systems, and communication - with research and practice undergirding all learning.
