Organizational Leadership

The Organizational Leadership program is designed to enable students to develop their knowledge, skills, and proficiencies in a changing job market and contribute to the success of the businesses, non-profits, and governmental agencies that employ them. Interdisciplinary-based courses include interpersonal and organizational communication skills, strategic decision-making, cross-cultural perspectives, and community leadership.
