Welding Technician

The objective of the Welding Technician Program is to prepare students for entry level employment in the welding field. Students will be trained in the proper safety procedures and use of equipment, a working knowledge of blueprints and math, the types of filler metals and their applications, and classifications of properties of the materials used in the field, based on API and AWS specifications.
