This program prepares students for entry into the healthcare field as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist. Nuclear Medicine is the use of radioactive materials and sophisticated electronic scanning equipment to both diagnose and treat disease. Two main branches of student within the program are the general use of isotopes to view body systems or utilizing isotopes for specialty imaging including fusion computed tomography (CT).
