BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS

Completion of the Business Communications Certificate of Achievement prepares students to use effective workplace communications, written and oral. Effective documents, reports, and other written communications, internal and external, print and electronic, are emphasized. Students will learn to work effectively in today's business environments and management structures.
