Leadership Studies

As Saint Martin's first doctoral program, Leadership Studies provides a way to bring our Benedictine Liberal Arts approach to doctoral education. Our intent is to offer a rigorous yet practical course of study grounded in prevailing theory and a social change/transformation orientation. The design of the program is to empower the next generation of researchers, scholars, and practitioners to make significant contributions to the field of leadership studies.
