Art History

The Certificate of Achievement in Art History is a comprehensive program that promotes an understanding of art across cultures and geographic boundaries. Students are taught to apply fundamental art and art historical terminology to analyze works, and to develop an appreciation of process, in order to articulate the historical, social, and aesthetic functions of art.
