Integrative Health and Wellness

Integrated/holistic health is a unique and multidisciplined field that considers the importance of the inter-relationship between the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual aspects of human complexity as an integrated and inseparable whole. Students will navigate various healing traditions and medical systems, mind body medicine, herbal and plant medicines, whole foods and many other therapies under the integrative/holistic health umbrella.
