Accounting Fundamentals

The Accounting Fundamentals Technical Certificate of Credit provides students with the skills needed to perform a variety of basic accounting applications. The accounting coursework exposes students to the basic tenets of financial accounting and income tax law. Students are introduced to computers and exposed to a variety of software applications used in the business field. Graduates of the Accounting Fundamentals TCC will be prepared for entry-level accounting clerk and bookkeeper positions.
