Help Desk Specialist

The Help Desk Specialist Certificate program teaches how to maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software and be a support person to handle calls from customers. The standard curriculum for the Help Desk Specialist Certificate program is designed for the semester system. Students may enter the program any semester. The Help Desk Specialist Certificate program can be completed within two (2) to three (3) semesters.
